The people behind the tool

The CoDesign Tool is the result of years of collaborative work across two research institutions, four evaluation rounds, and dozens of workshop participants who shaped every iteration.

Acknowledgements
Built on the shoulders of VisitorBox. The CoDesign Tool builds directly on the VisitorBox toolkit, developed within the EU Horizon 2020 GIFT Project. We are grateful to all the institutions and researchers who contributed to VisitorBox and made it open access, laying the methodological foundation for everything that followed.
Funded by Horizon Europe PERCEIVE. The development of the CoDesign Tool was supported by the Horizon Europe project PERCEIVE (Grant Agreement No. 101061157). We thank the full PERCEIVE consortium for their support, engagement, and willingness to test the tool in real design contexts across Europe.
Thank you to the evaluation participants. Four rounds of workshops were made possible by the institutions that opened their doors and dedicated time to testing the tool: CNR ISPC (Rome), MANN (Naples), Munch Museum (Oslo), HSLU (Lucerne), and the partner museums and research institutions of the PERCEIVE consortium. A special thank you to the students of the Master in Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge (DHDK) at the University of Bologna, who used the CoDesign Tool for their exams across two academic years. Their feedback, their questions, and their design outputs shaped every version of the tool.
